Graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He received his LL.M. degree in European Law from the University of Southampton School of Law in 2003. He has been with the Firm since 2001. His practice focuses on corporate law, contracts law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and capital markets law.He is an official mediator appointed by the Ministry of Labour in connection with collective bargaining agreements.He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. He speaks English.
