Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1992.  She received her LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 1995.  After working at Birsel Law Offices for three years, and at White & Case for seven years; she first advised Ticaret Yatırım Menkul Değerler, a securities firm; and then joined Eldem Attorneys at Law in 2007.  Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, project finance, securitizations, privatization, corporate law, contracts law, capital markets law and real estate.  She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.  She speaks English.
